How to set up User(s) with External Number(s)

How to Purchase User Licenses

  1. Select the order services tab.
  2. Click the add button to apply a new user and single SIP device.
  3. Remove the device, as this is required for this setup. 
  4. Read and agree to the service terms and conditions and submit the order.

Note: If you need multiple Users, repeat this step.

How to configure a User License & External Number(s)

  1. First head to the PBX section at the top of the customer portal page

  2. Drag & drop the User object into the working area

  3. Click the gear button to configure

  4. Type in a name for the User

  5. Type in the Users email address

  6. If you would like Outbound calls enabled, select a Call Plan

  7. Click on Add and choose External number.

  8. Enter the External Number and Click Add. 

    Note: Repeat steps 7 & 8 to add multiple numbers to a user.

  9. Save the changes to the User Object.

  10. Click on Apply configuration.
