2.2.7 Update

  • Webphone:
    • Introducing the new ‘Call parking’ page under the ‘Services’ tab:
      • This page displays all the 'Call parking' objects that have been added to PBX.
      • Busy slots are shown in real time.
      • If you click on a slot button, a call will be made to that slot, so you can ‘pick up’ the slot from ‘Call parking’
      • If you’re using the Webphone for browser, it’s possible to open the private ‘Call parking wallboard’ in a separate tab. It can be useful if you’re having 2+ displays.
    • Updated ‘Add call’ and ‘Transfer’ call screens.
      • Clear mode switching: ‘Dialpad’, ‘Phonebooks’ and ‘History’.
      • Lots of visual and functional improvements to make these screens comfortable and enjoyable to use.
      • A new mod for the ‘Transfer’ screen is ‘Call parking’:
        • In a couple of clicks, you can transfer the call to any ‘Call parking’ where there are available slots.
    • CRM integrations:
      • Improved the loading and logic of displaying information from CRM during calls.
      • If you are talking to an unknown caller, but their contact was found in the connected CRM, the caller's name will appear on the call screen as if you were talking to the contact.
    • Call back:
      • If you call back from the call history by clicking on the call type button, the number listed in ‘Line used’ will be used as the caller ID.
        • This works if the user has access to such a caller ID.
        • If the user does not have access to such a caller ID, the caller ID selected on the ‘Dialpad’ screen will be used (as it worked previously).
    • Caller ID names:
      • If the caller ID has been saved as a phonebook contact — this name will be used.
      • If the caller ID was not found as a phonebook contact — the name of the ‘Inbound number’ object will be used.
  • PBX:
    • Now you can connect other objects to the ‘Call parking’ object via the left connector. For example, ‘Inbound number’.
      • This option is available by default for all new objects.
      • For existing objects, for the connector to appear, you need to disable the ‘Enable announcements’ option in the object settings.
  • ‘Reports’ tab > ‘User statistics’ section:
    • New filter that can be used to display only external or internal calls of the user.
  • ‘Billing’ tab > ‘Home section’ > Account number
    • Now you can quickly copy one with a click of the mouse.
  • Prepaid customers: now automatic top-ups work instantly when the specified threshold is reached. Previously, the automatic top-up worked only once a day at night.
